We Are Hiring! Full-Time and Part-Time Baristas, Grand Ave Saint Paul (NEW LOCATION)
We are hiring for both full-time and part-time baristas at our new Saint Paul cafe! We are looking for a positive team player that has flexible availability with weekends required.
Compensation: $16.37/hr base wage + tips (avg. $10-$13hr estimated) + benefits (see below)

- Past barista experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills

The barista position is an important role at Dogwood Coffee — the skill and genuineness of the person making coffee for a customer can make or break the whole experience. We approach coffee in a humble manner, and we want to present it to our customers that way as well.
