The Red Sun is a lot that holds many stories. It collaborates with producers from small farming units who employ family and neighbors. Once processed, the coffee is transported to a cooler place for storage. The goal of Red Sun is to transform common crops into more distinctive profiles through extended fermentations.
This coffee has a unique fermentation method that produces a coffee somewhere between a natural and washed process. We selected this coffee for its bright acidity and popping fruit notes balanced with a smooth chocolatey finish.
